Why is my account has temporarily disabled
According to Vase Surveys policy, accounts will be temporarily suspended due to several reasons:
- The personal information you provided during registration is inconsistent/inaccurate
- The system suspects you own multiple Getvase accounts
- You withdraw your Vase points to a bank account that is not owned by you
- Your bank account details do not match the personal details you provided
We do this for security reasons to ensure that real people get rewarded on our platform and that they are who they say they are.
An email will be sent to you automatically, once you receive a "Temporarily Suspended" notice and you are able yo recover your account on your own by following the steps mentioned. Please take note of the above policy in order to avoid getting suspended again. Your account may be permanently deleted if it gets suspended a few times.
