Filled up Wrong NRIC
We use NRIC to verify that you are a real person and not creating duplicate account. We also need this information to process bank transactions. The bank transfer requires NRIC details in order to process the transaction.
If you filled in the wrong NRIC, your account will be temporarily suspended and the bank process will be denied.
You can change your NRIC by following the steps below:
- Install the app (Link to iOS, Link to Android, or alternatively search "Vase Surveys" in your app store)
- Log into the app
- Click on the "Rewards" tab
- Click "CHANGE" on your bank details and proceed to update all the required information
And that's it! Your NRIC will be saved and you can change it as many times as you like
