After completing the survey, I didn’t receive any points

Once you have completed the survey, your points will automatically be credited into your Vase Survey account. 

In our app (Link to iOS, Link to Android, or alternatively search "Vase Surveys" in your app store), you can also check the amount of points receive. 

If you still didn't manage to receive the points within 24 hours, please contact us at wecare@getvase.com.
