How to retrieve my account?
We can recover the account for you, but note we can only do this process once
So please confirm you have read and understood the below before we proceed with the recovery
- The personal information provided in your Vase Survey account is accurate
- You have only one Vase Survey account
- You can only withdraw Vase points to your personal bank account, not somebody else's bank account
- The bank account details you provide must match with the personal details you provide
We take precautions for security reasons to ensure that only real people get rewarded in our platform and that they are who they say they are
