Vase Surveys is now partnering with trusted research partners to bring you more surveys, more often - introducing Flash Surveys.

These surveys give you more chances to earn rewards on our platform by sharing your honest opinion. Find out everything you need to know about Flash Surveys below!

1. What is a Flash Survey?

Flash surveys are quick, one-off surveys hosted by our external research partners. While you access them through Vase Surveys, they are run on third-party platforms.

Flash Surveys will appear on your Vase Surveys homepage whenever they're available — but act fast, they’re only open for a limited time!

2. Who manages these surveys?

Flash surveys are managed entirely by our partners. Vase Surveys only facilitates access and is not responsible for the survey content, data collection, or outcomes. Hence, they will look different compared to what you are used to seeing, as these surveys are hosted on partner platforms.

3. What should I do if I don’t receive my reward?

If you’ve completed the survey but didn’t receive your reward within 24 hours, please contact our support team at wecare@getvase.com with the survey details.

4. Will I still get rewards for completing a flash survey?

Yes! Even though the survey is hosted externally, Vase Surveys manages and credits your reward after successful completion. Rewards will be reflected in your reward page balance shortly after completion.

5. Why don’t I see the rewards progress bar?

The rewards progress bar does not appear during flash surveys because the survey is hosted on a partner platform.

Rest assured—you’ll still receive your reward once your response is recorded as complete.

6. Where will I be redirected to take the survey?

You will be redirected to the partner's survey platform. It may look different from Vase Surveys, but the process is safe and secure.

7. Is my data safe in a Flash survey?

These surveys are hosted by our trusted partners, who follow strict data protection practices. However, as they are external platforms, Vase Surveys is not directly responsible for how your data is handled.

Important: Please do not share any personal information (PII) beyond standard demographics (e.g., age, gender, location, etc.).

8. How do I give feedback after a flash survey?

Currently, there is no feedback page after completion.

9. Can I retake a flash survey if I get disconnected?

Unfortunately, most flash surveys cannot be restarted if interrupted or closed midway. We recommend completing the survey in one sitting and with a stable internet connection.

10. Are flash surveys available to all users?

Flash surveys are sent to selected Vase Surveys app users only based on profile and availability. You may not always have one active, but check the app regularly for new opportunities!

2. Siapa yang mengendalikan tinjauan ini?

Flash Surveys dikendalikan sepenuhnya oleh rakan penyelidik kami. Vase Surveys hanya menyediakan akses dan tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap kandungan tinjauan, pengumpulan data atau hasilnya.

3. Apa perlu saya buat jika tidak menerima ganjaran?

Jika anda telah melengkapkan Flash Survey tetapi belum menerima ganjaran dalam masa 24 jam, sila hubungi pasukan sokongan kami di wecare@getvase.com dengan butiran tinjauan tersebut. Kami akan bantu menyemaknya.

4. Adakah saya akan menerima ganjaran selepas melengkapkan Flash Survey?

Ya! Walaupun tinjauan ini dihoskan oleh pihak luar, Vase Surveys akan mengurus dan memasukkan ganjaran anda selepas anda melengkapkannya. Mata ganjaran anda akan dikreditkan ke akaun anda sejurus selepas itu.

5. Kenapa saya tidak nampak bar kemajuan ganjaran?

Bar kemajuan ganjaran hanya dipaparkan untuk tinjauan biasa. Oleh kerana Flash Surveys dihoskan di luar platform Vase, bar ini tidak akan kelihatan — tetapi jangan risau, ganjaran anda tetap akan dikreditkan seperti biasa.

6. Ke manakah saya akan diarahkan untuk menjawab tinjauan ini?

Anda akan diarahkan ke platform tinjauan milik rakan penyelidik kami. Reka bentuknya mungkin berbeza daripada Vase Surveys, tetapi prosesnya adalah selamat dan terjamin.

7. Adakah data saya selamat dalam Flash Survey?
