1. What is a Flash Survey?

Flash surveys are quick, one-off surveys hosted by our external research partners. While you access them through Vase Surveys, they are run on third-party platforms. 

Flash Surveys will appear on your Vase Surveys homepage whenever they're available, but act fast, they’re only open for a limited time!

2. Who manages these surveys?

Flash surveys are jointly managed with our partners. Hence, they will look different compared to what you are used to seeing, as these surveys are hosted on partner platforms.

3. What should I do if I don’t receive my reward?

If you’ve completed the survey but didn’t receive your reward within 24 hours, please contact our support team at wecare@getvase.com with the survey details.

4. Will I receive notifications for Flash Surveys?

Yes! You’ll receive a notification whenever Flash Surveys are available. Since Flash Surveys are time-sensitive, we recommend turning on notifications for the Vase Surveys app to ensure you don’t miss out on any new opportunities to earn rewards.

5. Will I still get rewards for completing a flash survey?

Yes! Even though the survey is hosted externally, Vase Surveys manages and credits your rewards automatically after successful completion. Rewards will be reflected in your reward page balance shortly after completion.

If you still haven't received your rewards within 24 hours, please contact us at wecare@getvase.com.

6. Why don’t I see the rewards progress bar?

The rewards progress bar does not appear during flash surveys because the survey is hosted on a partner platform. Rest assured, you’ll still receive your reward once your response is recorded as complete.

7. Where will I be redirected to take the survey?

You will be redirected to the partner's survey platform. It may look different from Vase Surveys, but the process is safe and secure.

8. Is my data safe in a Flash survey?

These surveys are hosted by our trusted partners, who follow strict data protection practices. However, as they are external platforms, Vase Surveys is not directly responsible for how your data is handled.

Important: Please do not share any personal information (PII) beyond standard demographics (e.g., age, gender, location, etc.).

9. How do I give feedback after a flash survey?

Currently, there is no feedback page after completion.

10. Can I retake a flash survey if I get disconnected?

Unfortunately, most flash surveys cannot be restarted if interrupted or closed midway. We recommend completing the survey in one sitting and with a stable internet connection.

11. Are flash surveys available to all users?

Flash surveys are sent to selected Vase Surveys app users only based on profile and eligibility. You may not always have one active, but check the app regularly for new opportunities!

1. Apa itu Flash Survey?

Flash Surveys ialah tinjauan ringkas dan sekali beri yang dianjurkan oleh rakan penyelidikan luar kami. Walaupun anda mengaksesnya melalui aplikasi Vase Surveys, tinjauan ini dijalankan di platform pihak ketiga.

Flash Surveys akan muncul di halaman utama Vase Surveys anda apabila tersedia. Bertindak cepat kerana ia hanya dibuka untuk tempoh masa terhad!

2. Siapa yang mengendalikan tinjauan ini?

Flash Surveys dikendalikan bersama oleh Vase Surveys dan rakan penyelidikan kami. Oleh sebab ia dihoskan di platform rakan penyelidikan kami, reka bentuk atau paparan tinjauan mungkin kelihatan berbeza daripada tinjauan biasa di Vase Surveys.

3. Apa perlu saya lakukan jika tidak menerima ganjaran?

Jika anda telah menyiapkan tinjauan tetapi belum menerima ganjaran dalam tempoh 24 jam, sila hubungi pasukan sokongan kami di wecare@getvase.com dan sertakan butiran tinjauan anda.

4. Adakah saya akan menerima notifikasi untuk Flash Surveys?

Ya! Anda akan menerima notifikasi setiap kali Flash Surveys tersedia. Oleh kerana Flash Surveys bersifat sementara, kami mengesyorkan anda menghidupkan notifikasi aplikasi Vase Surveys supaya anda tidak terlepas peluang baharu untuk memperoleh ganjaran.

5. Adakah saya masih akan menerima ganjaran selepas menyiapkan Flash Survey?

Sudah tentu! Walaupun tinjauan ini dijalankan di platform luar, Vase Surveys akan mengurus dan memproses ganjaran anda secara automatik selepas penyertaan disahkan. Ganjaran anda akan dipaparkan di halaman Ganjaran tidak lama selepas selesai.

6. Mengapa saya tidak nampak bar kemajuan ganjaran?

Bar kemajuan ganjaran tidak dipaparkan semasa Flash Surveys kerana tinjauan ini dijalankan di platform rakan penyelidikan kami. Namun begitu, jangan risau, anda tetap akan menerima ganjaran sebaik sahaja penyertaan anda disahkan lengkap.

7. Di manakah saya akan menjawab tinjauan ini?

Anda akan diarahkan ke platform tinjauan rakan penyelidikan kami. Paparan mungkin kelihatan berbeza berbanding aplikasi Vase Surveys, tetapi prosesnya selamat dan terjamin.

8. Adakah data saya selamat semasa menjawab Flash Surveys?

Flash Surveys dikendalikan oleh rakan kongsi yang dipercayai dan mematuhi amalan perlindungan data yang ketat. Namun begitu, oleh kerana tinjauan ini dijalankan di platform luar, Vase Surveys tidak bertanggungjawab secara langsung terhadap pengendalian data tersebut. 

Penting: Jangan kongsi sebarang maklumat peribadi (PII) selain maklumat demografik asas seperti umur, jantina, dan lokasi.

9. Bagaimana saya boleh memberi maklum balas selepas menyiapkan Flash Survey?

Pada masa ini, tiada halaman maklum balas selepas anda menyiapkan tinjauan. Jika anda ingin berkongsi pengalaman atau melaporkan isu, sila emel kami di wecare@getvase.com. Kami amat menghargai maklum balas anda!

10. Bolehkah saya mengulangi Flash Survey jika sambungan terputus?

Harap maklum bahawa Flash Surveys tidak boleh diulangi jika anda terputus hubungan atau menutup tinjauan sebelum tamat. Kami mengesyorkan anda menyiapkannya dalam satu sesi dengan sambungan internet yang stabil.

11. Adakah semua pengguna akan menerima Flash Surveys?

Flash Surveys hanya diberikan kepada pengguna terpilih berdasarkan profil dan kelayakan mereka. Anda mungkin tidak sentiasa mempunyai tinjauan aktif, jadi semak aplikasi Vase Surveys dengan kerap untuk peluang baharu!
